Santo Bandido's Mural

This mural was born from flow, from movement, transformation, and constant evolution.
I was inspired by a photograph I took of Chef Nico Salguero in the middle of his creative process, where hands, gestures, and raw ingredients speak louder than words.

Just like at Santo Bandido, where the menu is never static and is continuously evolving, driven by Nico’s vision and supported by Alejandro Segura’s creative collaboration , I wanted every line of this mural to move freely, without rigidity. Like a recipe that reinvents itself every day.

The organic forms, layered strokes, and rhythmic repetition represent a living process: testing, failing, adjusting, and creating again.

My intention was to visually translate their purpose, something new, disruptive, and in constant change.
A mural that, like their cuisine, refuses to stand still, but instead expresses what they truly love to do and share as an experience.
